National Poetry Slam 2006 Austin TX 9th-12th
Big congratulations to Iyeoka Ivie Okoawo (representing Boston, MA) for ranking within the top 10 2006 National Poetry Slam Individual Finalist in Austin TX last week! Oh right... and did we mention that 75 teams represented from across the nation with 3-5 members a team? You do the math. This marks Iyeoka's 2nd time in 6 years making it to the Individual Final Stage for a National competition.
