This is the day Kealoha led us on a trail to this beautiful waterfall. Too bad I was the only one who was attacked by 2 gazillion mosquitoes. Kealoha neglected to mention to me before our hike that his perfectly tanned and chiseled physique creates an aura of invulnerability that prevents the little blood suckers from even approaching his body of awesomeness.

Jen's family and friends coming through to my 1st show was a highlight. When family comes out to support, the potential for a stellar evening is lifted. FYI, the jasmine Lei around my neck is real and extended the most deliriously amazing scent.

 
 
 
  

I was so blessed to be invited to the Leon H. Sullivan Summit the year it happened to be hosted in Abuja Nigeria. Abuja happens to be located approximately 3 and ½ -4 hrs away (by car) from Benin City where my family resides most of the time. I was fortunate enough to find an opportunity to sneak away from the Summit for 28hrs or so to visit my beloved gang. The welcome and the love I received from those kids and my parents, MY FAMILY, makes me appreciate the gifts that God packs away for me everywhere I go and everywhere I allow Him to take me. I miss the heck out of these guys already…

Kenyan comedian Michael Blackson and I were such great hosts together, Tufts ASO started calling us Jada and Will! 

Tufts promised me Africa would be in full effect...
